About the Role
Join our consultancy team to help construction product manufacturers navigate CE marking requirements, ETA applications, and regulatory compliance across Europe. You will work directly with clients to develop testing strategies, prepare technical documentation, and liaise with Technical Assessment Bodies.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on CE marking requirements and applicable harmonized standards
- Prepare and review Declarations of Performance (DoP) and technical dossiers
- Support ETA application processes and liaise with TABs
- Conduct gap analyses and develop compliance roadmaps for clients
- Deliver training and workshops on CPR and CE marking
- Stay current with regulatory developments (CPR revision, new EADs)
Requirements
- MSc in Civil Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in CE marking or construction product regulation
- Thorough understanding of CPR, hENs, and EAD/ETA processes
- Excellent client communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English; additional European languages valued
Nice to Have
- Network within EOTA, CEN, or national standardisation bodies
- Experience with BBA certification or UKCA marking
- Project management experience
